The Japanese study Japanese architecture Jo Nagasaka / Schemata Architects did wonders to create this family house on the outskirts of the metropolis of Tokyo. The exterior of this home can seem like a hairdryer but the intention was to put the house so as not to stay too close to the street in the small lot.
So what we decided to do was tilt the front of the house 63 degrees, allowing it to have a completely different perspective of the street at the expense of a small interior space.
This inclination has been achieved that the view from inside the house as possible from the street, while conferring greater privacy for the inhabitants. While for Westerners shocking result of the narrowness of the home is not for inhabitants of Tokyo is where this house.
The construction is made entirely of concrete, both inside and outside. The design is minimalist hundred percent, no concessions in this regard. Straight lines and angles are the basis of interior design of the house.
At all 3 levels of the house connected by a small staircase to a minimum the different parts of the house are shared openly.
Given the narrowness of the building, the large windows and the situation gets that housing is bathed in natural light outside all day.
A real curiosity by these Japanese architects in this house. We can not imagine what life will be like in space, a priori it would be challenging for a Westerner to live in such a small space.
A Japanese house really close
