iPhone amplifier made from recycled instruments

Today, almost all acts quite digital in our daily lives and sometimes it is very nice to add a bit of charm corresponding to it. A creative idea for it forms one of Christopher Locke of Austin, Texas. Instead of a new speaker design for the iPhone, it has reshaped some brass and turns into amplifier. From some salvaged trumpets, trombones and french horns he has beautiful, decorative piecescreated. He has named it “Analog Tele-Phonographers”.

The inspiration and the idea for this design arise from the form of old-fashioned record player that had been used already in 1877. Locke, each piece has generates custom made by having various machine parts needed. Every work of art has its own structure and requires no external power source. They fit on both iPhones and iPads, if you are interested in old world charm, Loche could create a self-created patterns for you. Watch the video below and you understand how these pieces work.
